ABOUT DIMITRIS ZARKADAKIS

Dimitris Zarkadakis was born and raised in Athens. He has studied music theory and percussions at Pindareio, Geygelis and Nakas conservatories in Athens. He has done more general studies at Hellenic American Union, has graduated from the Institute part of Agricultural Sciences, branch of the Agricultural University of Athens and holds BA of Business Administration.

From 1996 to 2000 he was Operation Manager at Bar Restaurant Doukato, with project "Country beer house and Live music", from 2001 to 2011 worked as Stores Manager at the most important music store in Greece "Μetropolis Music Airport Stores" and also has been Bee Keeper from 2003 until today.

His work experience as a DJ and music productions, starts from the depths of 1993 and continues to this day. The events he has in his experience exceed three thousand.

Includes collaborations with Bar, Club, Restaurants, Coffee, Corporate Events, Thematic Party events, Sports Events, Hotels, and Wedding Estates. Both inside and outside Athens.

He has collaborated and played music for bar-restaurants : Kipos tis Edem (Maroussi), Nargile (Kefalari), Pasaji Citilink (Kolonaki), Boli-boli (Castella), Kioupia (Politeia), Christine (Politeia), Aristotet (Mykonos) Malvazia (Gazi), Meta (Peristeri), High Way (Athens), Hubble bubble (Zografou).

In the very demanding part of Dj weddings who has been involved for 25 years, he has played music at: Varkiza Resort, Tziortzi (Koropi), Reef-Athens riviera - Lagonisi, Diverse club - Zoumberi, Sea soul - Mati, Athens Golf club - Glyfada, Ariadni - Varybombi, Forestcavallari - Varybobi, Azaleia - Koropi, Costa Navarino - Pylos, Park hotel - Athens, St. George Lycabettus, Acropolis - koropi, Ledra marriott, Pentelikon, Ekali tennis club - Filothei tennis club, Ippikos omilos Mesogeion, Ippikos omilos Varimpompi, Zappeion Aigli (Athens).

He has edited the music and has played in Couples' weddings from Greece, Europe and the USA that took place in the islands of Mykonos, Andros, Paros, Antiparos, Crete, Milos, Santorini, Serifos, Sifnos, Lefkada, Corfu.

He has specialized knowledge in Greek traditional music. He is familiar and loves the funk rock, soul, disco, latin, 80s, 90s, 00s and also Greek and International RnB & Pop Dance scene. He is a very good connoisseur of Greek pop, folk repertoire and also has constant information about all International new releases.
